NextHome Cornerstone Realty Lenders

About Katie Wildasin

As a full-time professional real estate agent, excellence, integrity, and superior personal service before, during, and after your transaction are my top priorities. Knowledge, commitment, honesty, expertise, and professionalism are the cornerstone of my business. Let me earn your trust, your business, and most importantly your friendship. I am determined to inspire and nurture our community - one person, one family, one neighborhood at a time. Don’t make another move without me. I guarantee you will see the difference quality service makes. I look forward to working with you!

A little about who you will be working with...I was born and raised in Great Falls, MT - where I bought my first home at the tender age of 20. I am a military brat, veteran, and spouse of a retired Air Force servicemember. Active duty life has moved us from Montana to Germany, Virginia, Hawaii, and California - to wind up, here, in Niceville, Florida for our final destination, a place to settle and grow roots. We have bought and sold homes in these various locations. So not only can I offer you the expertise of a professional real estate sales associate, but I come with personal experience of buying and selling my own properties. So, I know the stress of moving and the little things that I can provide to help make that move just a little easier. Or, if you are simply buying an investment property - I can help out with that, as well, and together we can find the prime location.

I have a Master's degree in Financial Planning and a Bachelor's in Business. I have also been on the escrow side of real estate, so I can help walk you through what to expect from the title company.

However, I am not all just business. I love to volunteer in the classrooms and the library at Plew Elementary and I enjoy being a mentor to some of the students. I try to read as much as I can - for enjoyment and for personal development. I have a husband, 4 boys, a dog, and a cat, so my life is full of adventure, hiking, fishing, and exploring as much as we can. Traveling is a passion of ours as a family. We have seen Germany's historic beauty, the Eiffel Tower, been to the Swiss Alps, the Berlin Wall, and all over Europe. I have also traveled across the United States, played on the beautiful beaches, and reveled in the stark barrenness of the volcanic landscape in Hawaii. We have traveled along the west coast and stared in awe at the amazing Redwoods giants and looked for Bigfoot among the Sequoias. We have hiked and traveled through Glacier and Yellowstone National parks. We have traveled up and down the east coast from the Poconos and wandered the streets of Washington pay our respect at the various memorials, down to the Blue Ridge Mountains, to historic Saint Augustine, Florida (the oldest city in the U.S.), and even further south to the Florida Keys. We have also been everywhere in-between the east and west coasts.
